My philosophy behind the training is that pain is a problem. Pain is not "weakness leaving the body".

Marcello at Anytime Fitness in Zephyrhills Florida has more experience Then my doctors do with healing he has helped me with my sciatic pain back, neck pain, hip pain, and body pain. He's done more for me than any doctor has ever been able to do for me. This young man uses sports therapy on me, he knows the body inside and out he is absolutely amazing It brings me to tears literally When I think about it because I've been in pain management since 1993 and they have not been able to do what Marcello has done for me.
He is helping me reach my goals. I've had 2 hip replacements, I've had neck surgery, and I've had my lower back fused I had been suffering for a long time, this young man has helped me to reach a goal I thought I would never be able to do again I said I wanted to be able to do a cartwheel again before I turn 62, well let me tell you I will be 62 in April and I did a cartwill and handstand and a round off. About 3 or 4 months ago I could not believe I even did it especially after all of my surgeries and doctors telling me that I would never be able to do this that or the other thing not believing them. I pushed forward thank you Marcello For all that you do. I've been coming to this gym for 3 years now. They have a great variety of equipment. The personal trainer Marcello is outstanding. He is very knowledgeable as far as fitness, nutrition and technique. Even though he is now the manager, he always takes the time to help and spread wisdom to anyone who seems like they need it. Just a great environment over all. I honestly have to say that if it wasn't for Marcello and his expert advice ...I prob would have ended up injuring myself in the beginning. I've learned a lot by choosing this location... And continue to learn. I highly recommend this gym to all beginners, novices, and experts. Great welcoming atmosphere, clean, and great staff 👍...ps...best deadlift bar for 100 miles.
I am continually amazed at how awesome this place is. Each time I can attend a class the help from the coaches is amazing. If I am attempting to do something in an incorrect way that could harm me I think Marcello has eyes in the back of his head because he right there with such great instructions. I also can't say enough about the friendliness exhibited by the coaches. Marcello’s management of this gym and his team are wonderful. I am so glad I chose this gym over the others.
